ALEXANDER HAMILTON CHAPTER TXSSAR #66 SAR Minutes for JUNE 11, 2011 MEETING
11:20 Meeting was called to order by Past President Harlan Green
with 22 present: 16 members and 6 guests
(Harlan is presiding in the absence of President Bunnell who is still having health problems)
Opening Ceremony and Prayer by Chaplain Kirkland
Induction of 2 new members: Orlynn R. Evens & Fred Gordon Hudgeons
Harlan presented some Color Guard activities and then announced the Memorial Day Program at the State Cemetery in Austin.
11:50 Meals were served (meeting suspended for the meal)
12:20 Meal finished and meeting continued
Treasurer reported a balance of $2027.
Members who have not yet paid their dews were encouraged to do so or their membership ends.
